### Roles & Responsibilities
- Create and drive sales achievement targets across dealer channels
- Manage dealer sales promotions in line with company sales programs
- Plan and execute PSI (Purchase, Sales, Inventory) with channels
- Ensure timely and accurate chargeback clearing
- Monitor, analysis, and report on sales performance
- Take quick action on slow‑moving or non‑moving products Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales Modern Trade or dealer/channel management (TV/AV or consumer electronics preferred)
- Strong analytical, coordination, and execution skills Have leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem solving & decision-making skills Relevant knowledge and experience in vertical business Understanding of sales operation, P&L All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, age, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, status as a protected veteran, or any characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
