Rechnungsprüfung und -buchung / Zahlungsüberwachung Lieferantenregistrierung und -kommunikation Monatlicher Abgrenzungsbericht Termingerechte Abwicklung von Zahlungsläufen Bearbeitung von Reisekostenerstattungen Aktivierung von Anlagevermögen Klärung offener Lastschriftvorgänge und Durchführung täglicher Kontenabstimmungen Erstellung von Berichten und Analysen, insbesondere Abgrenzungsberichten Verwaltung des Sortiments, von der Listung eines Produkts auf lg.com über die Sicherstellung der Lagerverfügbarkeit bis hin zur

Prognoseverwaltung Abwicklung des Tagesgeschäfts: Auftragsabwicklung, Preisregistrierung, Kundenanfragen, Meldung von Fehlern Analyse von Prozessen, Verkaufszahlen und Kundenverhalten sowie Definition von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der KPIs Projektleitung bei der Implementierung neuer Features und Funktionen zur Verbesserung der Customer Journey und des Umsatzes Required qualifications Laufendes Studium an einer Schweizer Universität, idealerweise mit

Schwerpunkt IT oder Betriebswirtschaft Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit Flüssige Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Agile Denkweise und ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Organisationsfähigkeit und praxisorientierte Arbeitsweise Begeisterung und Motivation für die Arbeit im E-Commerce Preferred qualifications Erfahrung im Umgang mit Analysetools wie Power BI, Tableau usw.
