Are you passionate about sales, business development, and building strong client relationships? We are looking for a dynamic Professional & Franchise Laundromat Sales Representativ e to identify new opportunities, engage investors, and help grow our network across the market. What you'll do Identify and target potential franchisees and Hospitality through market research, networking, and digital outreach for Laundromat. Utilize various channels (e.g., cold calling, email campaigns, social media) to generate leads. Conduct initial outreach and qualification calls to assess potential franchisee interest and suitability. Present franchise opportunities through compelling presentations and detailed proposals. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to signing the franchise agreement. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing franchisees. Provide ongoing support and guidance to new franchisees during the onboarding process. Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, and finance) to ensure a seamless transition for new franchises. Stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes in the Laundromat industry. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, leads, and pipeline status. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review. What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Minim um 2 years of experience in Business Development, Professional laundromat, Franchise laundromat Development, Sales Strategy, or Business Model Development. Proven ability to develop and execute business strategies and commercial models that drive growth and achieve sales objectives. Strong understanding of the operational and back-end processes of professional & franchise laundromat businesses. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business proposal preparation. Fluent English communication is mandatory, both written and spoken.
