About the job Leads on engineering technique, installation, and after-sales service, to ensure professional standard and delivery smooth service the customer.

What you'll do Coordinating on install, and maintenance accordance with customer project priorities and plans Delegating contractor responsibilities, to meet project schedules, laws, regulations, best practices and safety needs
- Conduct training to partners and distributors Providing adequate resources and staffing Developing and managing project budgets and quality standards Regularly reporting project status to supervisors and customers
- Troubleshoot and repair system failures or malfunctions
- Provide technical support to clients and colleagues What you must have Diploma or bachelor's degree from Engineering
- Knowledge of mechanic, electrical systems.

Excellent active listening and customer service skills. The ability to remain professional under pressure. Good communication and training skills.
