Then you should apply for one of our PRINCIPAL SOFTWARE ENGINEER roles as we are looking for engineers to join our team working on a variety of exciting projects. Below is a guide as to the list of skills and behaviours for the role which we value over experience: Inspiring and motivating others working with in multi disciplined teams Delivering high quality, high integrity code (eg RTCA-DO178C) using object oriantated C++ Hands on Integration working within a lab enviroment on target hardware Implementation of real time embedded software applications built upon Linux or VXWorks RTOS (Desirable) An understanding of the Software Engineering lifecycle from requirements elicitation to delivery and release.
