This program is establishing a modern secure web service (SWS) operation as part of a state-of-the-art, highly automated platform capable of supporting a rapidly expanding customer population. This position is based in San Antonio, TX and is 100% on-site. ### Primary Responsibilities Administer and maintain Windows Server environments across physical and virtual infrastructure. Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft-based infrastructure services. Perform server installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and troubleshooting. Monitor server performance, availability, capacity, and system health. Manage user accounts, permissions, security groups, and access controls. Support virtualization platforms such as VMware. Implement and maintain server backup and disaster-recovery procedures. Troubleshoot operating-system, application, network, and server-related issues. Apply security updates, hardening standards, and vulnerability remediation. Maintain technical documentation, configuration records, and operational procedures. Participate in incident response, change management, and infrastructure projects. Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell where appropriate. Provide escalation-level support for Windows infrastructure issues. ### Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of overall related experience with a Windows servers environment. Additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree. An active TS/SCI security clearance is required for this position. Currently possess DoD 8750 certification at least IAT level II, e.g Security+ce. Comfortable working 24×7 shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidate may be asked to obtain CI Poly in future Experience with configuration, troubleshooting and maintaining VMware environments. Experience with PowerShell scripting and experience in other languages like Python. Experience with application of security settings and other commercial best practices such as DISA STIGS. Proficient with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Microsoft-based infrastructure services. Experience with System (hardware) and application (software) installation and configuration. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. ### Preferred Qualifications Prior experienced with DISA and DISA’s support to mission partners TS/SCI w/CI Poly Preferred Experience with AWS EC2, S3. Candidates with a thorough knowledge of networking principles to included TCP/IP a plus. Experience with a ticketing system such as BMC Remedy. Linux OS experience.
