Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Develop territory-wise sales plans and execution strategies Monitor primary and secondary sales performance Drive volume growth and revenue expansion

## Responsibilities

Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers Ensure proper stock availability and distribution reach Monitor distributor ROI, stock rotation, and compliance Resolve channel conflicts and strengthen relationships

## Qualifications

BE, MBA, Graduate
