## Job description

As a Senior Executive - Sales (Retail) at NEDS, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategy and achieving business goals. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans, targeting new business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with our valued customers. Your expertise in the electrical industry and retail sales will be instrumental in driving our success.

## Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and target new business opportunities within the electrical industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with electricians, retailers, and IBs. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring customer satisfaction. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management team. Train and mentor junior sales executives, fostering a culture of excellence. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

## Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the electrical industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and manage a diverse sales portfolio. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Knowledge of the electrical industry and retail market is essential. Willingness to travel for business purposes. A results-driven and customer-centric approach.
