## Job description

Support the execution of HR programs and policies while managing day-to-day HR operations. Acts as the bridge between employees, managers, and HR leadership.

## Responsibilities

### Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Manage recruitment activities for assigned functions. Coordinate interviews and candidate assessment. Handle onboarding and probation reviews. Employee Relations Address routine employee concerns and inquiries. Support disciplinary actions and investigations. Ensure compliance with company policies. Performance Management Coordinate performance review processes. Track performance documentation. Support managers in goal-setting administration.

Compensation & Benefits Administer payroll inputs and benefit programs. Conduct basic salary benchmarking and reporting. Support annual merit and bonus exercises. Learning & Development Coordinate training programs. Track learning effectiveness and completion rates. Support leadership development initiatives. HR Operations Maintain employee records and HRIS data. Generate HR reports and metrics. Ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Team Leadership May supervise HR Specialists, Coordinators, or Administrators. Manage HR processes but usually not HR strategy.

## Qualifications

Qualification Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field; Master's degree or MBA preferred.

### Experience

8+ years of progressive HR experience. 3+ years of Experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist. Experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development. Experience working with senior leaders. Fluent English communication skills
