## Job description

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead and inspire our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional quality standards, supporting engineering efforts, and driving new projects forward. Your expertise will ensure efficient and innovative production processes, contributing to our company's success and reputation for excellence.

## Responsibilities

Oversee production quality control, implementing rigorous standards and protocols. Support engineering activities, offering expertise and guidance for process optimization. Lead new project initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams for successful execution. Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for continuous improvement. Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, promoting a safe workplace. Conduct regular audits and inspections to maintain product quality and identify potential issues. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions. Handle customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions. Collaborate with other departments to optimize material flow and resource allocation.

## Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience. Expertise in quality control, automotive, switchgear, and electrical systems. Proven track record in implementing successful improvement initiatives and handling customer complaints. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and inspire. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

Proficiency in production management software and data analysis tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach. Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
