## Job description

The Territory Manager – BBT will be responsible for expanding NEDS’s market presence in the North region by promoting bus‑bar trunking and related electrical solutions. Reporting to the Business Development department (L7 – IN – LEGRAND), the role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to achieve revenue targets, build lasting customer relationships, and support the company’s growth strategy within the capital equipment sector.

## Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers in the North region for bus‑bar trunking and related products. Maintain and grow existing accounts by providing technical support and solution recommendations. Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets set by the Business Development team. Prepare and deliver product presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospects. Coordinate with engineering and service teams to ensure timely project execution.

Conduct market analysis and competitor monitoring to identify growth opportunities. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and technical seminars to enhance brand visibility. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management. Negotiate contract terms and pricing while adhering to company policies. Travel extensively across the North region to meet clients and oversee installations.

## Qualifications

Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 3–5 years of sales or technical support experience in the capital equipment industry. Hands‑on knowledge of Bus Bar Trunking systems. Experience handling the North region market.

### Familiarity with preferred industries

C & S, L K, Schneider, EAE. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
