## Job description

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, addressing their concerns and ensuring their needs are met. Your responsibilities will also include supervising account teams, collaborating with various departments, and negotiating contracts to meet client goals.

## Responsibilities

Develop and sustain relationships with key clients to drive company revenue. Address and resolve client complaints promptly and effectively. Serve as the primary point of contact between key clients and internal teams. Supervise and guide account teams assigned to each key client. Collaborate with advertising, design, marketing, sales, and logistics departments to ensure client satisfaction. Compile and present reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts to stakeholders.

Gain a deep understanding of key clients' needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Negotiate contracts with key clients and ensure timely fulfillment of long-term goals. Maintain strong communication and rapport with clients to foster long-term partnerships. Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to clients.

## Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience in key account management, preferably in electronics or electrical industries. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software. Excellent rapport-building skills with key clients. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client accounts simultaneously. Strong negotiation skills and a results-driven approach. Exceptional customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Relevant work experience of 7-10 years in a similar role. Proficiency in MS-Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
