## Job description

As the Senior Executive - Service Revenue, you will play a vital role in developing and executing strategies to maximize revenue from our AMC offerings. Your expertise will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the company's growth and success in the electrical and digital systems industry.

## Responsibilities

Develop and implement revenue-generating strategies for AMC products and services. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customers and industry trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitable sales and contract terms. Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns.

Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. Stay updated with industry developments and competitor activities. Prepare sales reports and present findings to the management team.

## Qualifications

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar sales or business development role. Any relevant undergraduate degree, preferably in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven track record of successful sales and revenue generation. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools.

Knowledge of the electrical and digital systems industry is an advantage. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills. A results-driven and customer-centric approach to work.
