## Job description

As the Deputy Manager in NUMERIC - Key Accounts Sales department, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and managing relationships with key clients in Govt Segment. Your expertise in hardcore sales and customer-facing roles will be instrumental in driving our commercial segment's success. This is an individual contributor role, offering ample opportunities for growth and impact within the organization.

## Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the commercial market effectively. Identify and target potential clients, building strong relationships to secure long-term partnerships. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to ensure our products remain competitive. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective marketing campaigns. Analyze sales data and provide regular reports to the management, highlighting areas for improvement.

Ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high customer satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to build a strong brand reputation.

## Qualifications

A graduate degree in any field, preferably with a specialization in sales or marketing. 4-6 years of experience in hardcore sales, with a proven track record of success in a similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

Familiarity with the commercial segment and an understanding of UPS, Servo stabilizers, and switchgears. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales enablement tools. Willingness to travel for business purposes and attend industry events. A results-driven and customer-centric approach to work.
