## Job description

As a Territory Manager - Sales (Trade), you will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and driving sales for electrical and digital systems. Your primary focus will be on developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate the South Bihar market, with a particular emphasis on Gaya. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success.

## Responsibilities

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory (South Bihar, with a focus on Gaya). Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including electrical contractors, distributors, and retailers. Identify and target new business opportunities, and convert them into long-term partnerships. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments.

Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns. Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical support to customers as needed. Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular reports to the management team. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and build brand awareness.

## Qualifications

A diploma or BSc in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the electrical or related industry, with a proven track record of success. Strong knowledge of the electrical industry, products, and market trends in South Bihar. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities. Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Fluency in local languages spoken in South Bihar is an advantage. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
