The role combines strategic planning, market analysis, product management, marketing communications, and commercial support to maximize sales performance and brand awareness. The position works cross-functionally with sales teams, regional marketing colleagues, external agencies, and business partners to ensure successful product launches, competitive market positioning, customer engagement, and achievement of growth targets. ## Responsibilities Develop and implement local marketing plans and initiatives aligned with company objectives. Coordinate new product launches, including pricing, promotional activities, sales enablement materials, and training support. Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and support strategic decisions. Manage product portfolio positioning and pricing strategies based on market analysis and commercial objectives. Support sales growth through marketing campaigns, customer engagement activities, trade fairs, events, and promotional programs. Collaborate with regional marketing teams and external agencies to create and localize marketing materials and communication campaigns. Prepare and monitor marketing budgets, analyze performance results, and recommend corrective actions when necessary. Maintain and develop marketing tools including catalogs, brochures, digital content, presentations, and product documentation. Analyze sales performance, market data, and key business indicators to identify improvement opportunities. Foster strong collaboration with sales, technical, communication, and other internal stakeholders to achieve business targets. ## Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, product management, sales support, or a similar commercial role. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and sales data and translate insights into actions. Experience in product launches, pricing management, and marketing campaign execution. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work effectively in an international and matrix organization. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
