## Job description

As a Territory Manager - Projects, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development for our company. Your primary focus will be on managing and expanding our client base within the government and builder segments, utilizing your expertise in the switch gear industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while working closely with a dedicated team.

## Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to target government and builder segments in the Hyderabad region. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the industry. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to stay ahead of the competition. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing our company's capabilities and value proposition.

Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties. Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional materials. Manage and mentor a team of sales executives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.

Generate sales reports and provide regular updates to the management team on sales performance and market trends.

## Qualifications

A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in project sales, with a proven track record in the switch gear industry. Experience in handling government segments and builders is mandatory. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. A results-driven and customer-centric approach to work.

Ability to work independently and manage a team effectively. Willingness to travel within the Hyderabad region as required. A valid driving license is preferred. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as electrical engineering or business administration.
