## Job description

The Territory Manager – Retail Sales will lead the expansion of NOVATEUR ELECTRICAL & DIGITAL SYSTEMS' retail footprint in Meerut and nearby regions. You will manage primary and secondary channel partners, develop B2C sales strategies, and ensure targets are met for electrical and digital product lines.

## Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new retail channel partners (primary and secondary) in Meerut and adjacent districts. Develop and execute B2C sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. Maintain strong relationships with existing retailers, providing product training and support. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies. Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance analytics for senior management.

Coordinate with marketing and product teams for promotions, launches, and merchandising. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and credit terms. Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess stock levels and visual standards. Negotiate contracts, discounts, and promotional offers with retailers. Lead a small field sales team, providing coaching and performance reviews.

## Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.Tech) or Science (B.Sc). Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical or digital product sales, preferably B2C retail. Proven track record of managing territory sales and achieving targets. Strong knowledge of primary and secondary retail channel dynamics. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to travel within Meerut and surrounding areas regularly.

Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Result‑oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities. Fluency in English and Hindi. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
