A better future? ### Job Description As a Supply Chain Logistics Engineer, you will lead inventory control, logistics coordination, ERP process ownership, and performance analysis to ensure efficient and reliable supply chain operations. You will play a key role in driving inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse and logistics performance, and supporting business decisions through data-driven insights. This position supports the Supply Chain and Logistics function while collaborating closely with Operations, Finance, IT, Engineering, and external logistics partners. ### Responsibilities Lead inventory management activities and ensure inventory performance aligns with company objectives.Monitor and improve inventory accuracy across raw materials, work in progress, and finished goods.Coordinate cycle counts and annual physical inventory processes, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.Act as the primary interface between the plant and the third-party logistics (3PL) provider.Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, driving corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.Serve as the key user and owner of logistics processes within the QAD ERP system.Ensure data integrity and accurate transaction processing across all logistics activities.Develop and analyze reports on inventory, logistics costs, warehouse performance, sales, and production indicators.Perform root cause analysis and implement actions to improve operational performance and service levels.Lead projects focused on inventory optimization, process standardization, automation, and cost reduction. ### Experience Requirements 3+ years of experience in industrial logistics, supply chain, inventory management, or warehouse operations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or equivalent experience. Experience working with ERP systems, preferably QAD, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Professional proficiency in English and Spanish; Catalan is a plus, and German or French is advantageous.
