May include operations requiring the use of simple hand tools and/or power or special assembly tools. ### The Role Your work will include, but not be limited to: The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Repetitive gripping and use of hands Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, and reach with hands and arms - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Use hand and power tools to assemble seat components according to specifications and instructions - Identify and report any problems related to the product, process, and quality system Assure Safety and Quality standards are followed at all times - Maintain a clean and organized work area by adhering to Lear’s “5S” and “World Class Housekeeping” standards - Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals, performance goals, and objectives Advantages of working for Lear at the Duncan Plant: Affordable Health, Vision, and Dental plans Life and AD&D Insurance Paid vacation days, and holidays Tuition Reimbursement Shift premiums for 3rd shift Your Qualifications: High School Diploma or ### General Education Degree (GED) required Must be able to pass pre-employment requirements of drug screen, physical, and background check.
