### Job Description

Manufacturing Quality Improvement work includes: Creating and implementing quality management programs focused on continuous improvement of manufacturing-related business systems from the customers' point of view Identifying and monitoring customer and employee feedback loops regarding the effectiveness of manufacturing-related business systems and processes Encouraging broad-based employee engagement to gather information and implement changes at every level in the organization Responsibilities An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.

Responsibilities typically include: Works independently with general supervision Problems faced are difficult but typically not complex May influence others within the job area through explanation of facts, policies and practices Skills Value Stream Mapping New Product Development Industrial Engineering Material Flow Management Kaizen Methodology Statistical Process Controls Define Measure Analyze Improve And Control (DMAIC) Lean Six Sigma Education Requirements Experience Requirements Certifications / Licenses Equal Opportunity Employer Lear Corporation is committed to fair, merit‑based employment practices and equal opportunity.
