## Job description

### Job Responsibilities
- Assist with daily production tasks, including: distributing call sheets, managing equipment, facilitating crew communication, ensuring set safety, and supporting crew members, acting as a liaison between departments
- Serve as a production assistant during photography and video shoots: run errands for the production team, including picking up equipment, supplies, and meals
- Coordinate and facilitate external productions and shoots, including handling logistics and ensuring proper onboarding and dismissal of crew in accordance with Marina Bay Sands protocols
- Attend scheduled departmental meetings, briefings, and production discussions
- Contribute ideas to improve the Visual Media production workflow and function

### Job Requirements

Education & Certification Must be a full-time matriculated student. Internship must be recognized as part of school graduation requirements.

### Experience

No prior experience required. Training will be provided.

### Other Prerequisites
- Strong communication skills Background in media production or related academic disciplines
