## Job description

Responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all electrical systems during construction, including power distribution, substations, transformers, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, fire alarm, ELV, BMS, and utility interfaces. Lead electrical engineering, site execution, testing, commissioning, and handover activities in accordance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, budgets, and project schedules.

Coordinate with civil, architectural, MEP, consultants, contractors, and statutory authorities to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor progress, resource allocation, productivity, procurement, and cost control while mitigating project risks. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, statutory regulations, QA/QC requirements, and commissioning procedures. Drive HSE compliance through safety audits, permit-to-work systems, electrical isolation procedures, toolbox talks, and safe work practices.

Manage material utilization, minimize wastage, review technical submittals, resolve engineering issues, and maintain project documentation.
