The ideal candidate will lead the development of cutting-edge robotics automation technologies, particularly requiring advanced perception, kinematics and human robot interaction capabilities. This role will involve overseeing the integration of robotics into our workflows, ensuring that our projects remain at the forefront of technological advancements. ### Work Location Chennai, India Key Responsibilities: ### Innovation and Strategy - Identify and implement robotics solutions that enhance operational efficiency, safety, and quality across L&T's construction and industrial projects. Innovate new technologies for automation and ensure their application aligns with company objectives. ### Robotics System Design & Development - Lead the design, development, and integration of robotic systems in construction, airports, factories, pipelines, and electrification projects. Identify areas where automation can be implemented to reduce manual labor and optimize project timelines. ### Project Management - Manage and coordinate robotics-related projects from concept to execution.
