Track EHS operations and report on program effectiveness.

### Strategic Business GrowthAlign with Business Goals

Integrate EHS strategies with business objectives.

### Risk Management

Identify and mitigate EHS risks to business operations.

### Promote Sustainability

Advocate for sustainable practices to enhance performance.

### Stakeholder ManagementEngage Stakeholders

Communicate EHS status to internal and external stakeholders.

### Regulatory Liaison

Serve as contact for regulatory agencies during audits.

### Stakeholder Education

Educate on EHS policies and best practices.

### Leadership and Team DevelopmentLead Teams

Manage and mentor EHS teams for high-quality outcomes.

### Training & Development

Deliver training programs for team skill enhancement.

### Performance Management

Evaluate and provide feedback for team improvement.

### Compliance and SafetyEnsure Compliance

Monitor compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

### Emergency Response

Develop and maintain emergency response plans.

### Incident Investigation

Lead investigations and implement corrective actions.

## Qualifications

Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety (PGDIS); Bachelor of Engineering (BE)
