The role ensures day-to-day monitoring of safety practices, compliance with standard operating procedures, and proactive identification of hazards. The incumbent supports site safety audits, training programs, contractor supervision, incident reporting, and environmental management activities to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable work environment. ### SECTION III KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIESDaily Site Safety Monitoring: Conduct routine inspections across work zones to identify hazards, unsafe acts, and unsafe conditions. ### Compliance Support Ensure adherence to all statutory, regulatory, and internal safety requirements, and maintain necessary EHS documentation. ### Contractor Safety Oversight Monitor and guide contractor teams for proper PPE usage, safe work methods, and adherence to permit-to-work systems. ### Incident Reporting Support timely reporting and investigation of incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
