## Job description

#LI-DNI Role Description Administration of HR Systems: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR system. Ensure the system is functioning smoothly and efficiently.

### Optimization and Strategic Management

Continuously improve the HR system to meet evolving business needs. Align HR technology with the organization's strategic goals.

### Data Integrity and Reporting

Maintain accurate and reliable HR data. Generate insightful reports to support decision-making and HR analytics.

### Process Automation

Identify opportunities to automate HR processes, improving efficiency and reducing manual effort.

### Collaboration

Work closely with HR, Business Teams, IT, Finance, and external vendors to ensure the HR system integrates well with other business functions and technologies.

### Skills

Required The role demands a mix of technical, analytical, and managerial skills: HR Systems Administration: Expertise in managing HR systems, including user access, security roles, and permissions. Ensure the system is secure and compliant with organizational policies.

### Data Analytics

Strong analytical skills to interpret HR data and provide actionable insights.

### Process Automation

Experience in automating HR processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

### Technical Proficiency

Proficiency in tools like SQL, Excel, VBA, and Power BI is an advantage. These tools are essential for data analysis, reporting, and system customization.

### Reporting Tools

Familiarity with reporting tools to create dashboards and visualizations that support HR and business decision-making.

## Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA)
