## Job description

Responsible for the preparation, detailed review, and timely submission of material submittals in accordance with approved project specifications, contract requirements, relevant standards, and stipulated approval procedures. Ensured all submissions were complete, technically compliant, and aligned with construction schedules to avoid delays.Acted as the primary coordination and liaison interface with vendors and suppliers, facilitating technical clarifications, evaluation of compliance documents, inspection coordination, and monitoring of manufacturing and delivery schedules.

Maintained effective communication to resolve technical queries and ensure adherence to project requirements.Managed and obtained vendor and material approvals from MMRDA and PMC, ensuring strict compliance with contractual obligations, approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards. Followed up proactively on approval cycles to support uninterrupted site execution.Conducted joint MEP inspections in coordination with PMC representatives, verifying workmanship quality, installation methodology, and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.

Identified non-conformances, coordinated corrective actions, and ensured closure in line with project quality assurance procedures.Prepared, submitted, and diligently followed up on method statements for MEP works, detailing installation sequences, safety measures, quality control procedures, and resource deployment. Ensured all activities complied with project safety standards, statutory regulations, and execution best practices prior to commencement of works.
