## Job description

Job DescriptionThe Administration Supervisor will oversee daily administrative operations, ensure smooth office functioning, coordinate facility management, and support management in implementing company policies. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.1. Supervise day-to-day administrative activities and ensure efficient office operations.2. Manage office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and other facility-related services.3.

Ensure implementation of company administrative policies and SOPs.4. Support audits, workplace safety compliance, and statutory requirements as applicable.5. Supervise administrative staff including office assistants, housekeeping staff, drivers, and support personnel.6. Maintain records of office expenses, vendor contracts, asset registers, and administrative documents.7. Prepare reports on administrative operations, costs, and improvements.
