- UzbekistanDepartment Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Reports To Project HSE ManagerLocation Nukus (Project Site)Job PurposeThe HSE Administrator provides administrative, documentation and coordination support to the HSE Department by maintaining project HSE records, reports, statistics, databases and compliance documentation, ensuring timely reporting and effective document control.Key ResponsibilitiesDocumentation ControlMaintain all HSE files.Maintain document register.Control HSE procedures and forms.Maintain revision history.Archive project HSE documents.Training AdministrationMaintain HSE Training Matrix.Schedule training sessions.Prepare attendance sheets.Issue training certificates.Maintain competency records.Track training expiry dates.

ComplianceMaintain documentation related to: Client HSE RequirementsUzbekistan Labour & OHS RegulationsISO 45001ISO 14001Company HSE Management SystemProject ProceduresQualificationsDiploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Occupational Health & Safety or related discipline.HSE Administration Training (Preferred)Document Controller Certification (Preferred)ISO 45001 AwarenessISO 14001 AwarenessExperienceMinimum 3–5 years of administration experience.At least 2 years in HSE Department on construction or industrial projects.Experience in EPC projects preferred.SkillsExcellent MS Office skillsAdvanced ExcelPowerPointWordDocument ControlData ManagementReport PreparationGood written communicationTime ManagementConfidentialityOrganizational skillsLanguagesEnglish
