### Job Description

Architect HO No. of Years’ Experience: 13+ Years Position Location: Powai – HO, Mumbai Qualification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized and accredited institute.
- 7-12+ years of experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience in Residential projects (preferably in Mumbai Metropolitan Region).
- Strong understanding of Mumbai-specific regulations including DCR, UDCPR, MCGM/MBMC/MMRDA guidelines, fire norms, and applicable development regulations.
- Expert knowledge of relevant national and local Bylaws, codes, standards, and guidelines.
- Review and evaluate architectural designs to ensure compliance with Mumbai DCR/UDCPR, local authority requirements, and all applicable building regulations.
- Conduct feasibility studies for potential sites, including assessment of plot development potential, FSI calculations, massing studies, regulatory constraints, and design viability.
- Support the Business Development team in conducting project feasibility studies by providing architectural inputs, site assessment findings, and preliminary design scenarios.
- Identify and mitigate design-related risks by coordinating with internal teams, consultants, and authorities to ensure compliance and project alignment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Structural, MEP, Planning, Liaison, and Construction) to resolve design issues and improve design efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders to address interdisciplinary design challenges and BIM-based clashes.
- Ensure timely delivery of architectural drawings and details to enable smooth construction execution at site.
- Review and validate design changes based on site feasibility, authority feedback, and evolving project requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for authority submissions, approvals, and compliance reporting.
