Project Leadership and ExecutionDevelop and implement organization-wide EHS training programs.Assess training needs across projects and business units to design targeted interventions.Ensuretimelydelivery of mandatory training programs, including legal and compliance topics.Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.Strategic Business GrowthAlign training programs with organizational safety and businessobjectives.Introduce innovative training methodologies, including digital platforms and simulations.Enhance the organization's reputation by promoting a culture of EHS excellence through training.Support leadership in driving the

Zero Harm Mission through skill enhancement.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with EHS managers, project heads, and HR teams to ensure training alignment.Coordinate with external training agencies and consultants for specialized programs.Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure training compliance with legal requirements.Communicate training outcomes and recommendations to senior management.Leadership and Team DevelopmentBuild and lead a team of EHS trainers and facilitators.Provide mentoring and professional development opportunities for EHS trainers.Promote knowledge sharing and the adoption of best practices across the training team.Conduct regular performance reviews and encourage continuous improvement in training delivery.Compliance and

SafetyEnsure all training contentcomplies withlocal, national, and international EHS regulations.Incorporate lessons learned from incidents and audits into training programs.Develop emergency response training modules and ensure organization-wide participation.Regularly review and update training content to reflect regulatory changes and industry trends.

## Qualifications

Bachelor of Engineering (BE); Post Graduate Programme in Health; Safety and Environment Management (PGP HSEM); Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Safety and Environmental Management (PGDISEM)
