## Job description

### Job Purpose

To ensure seamless administrative and logistical operations by delivering efficient, timely, and customer-focusedsupport services while maintaining compliance, safety, and continuous improvement across all administrative functions.

### Key Responsibilities
- Administrative & Logistical Support a.Manage and coordinate travel arrangements, cab services, accommodation, canteen services, security passes, and otheradministrative support functions. b.Ensure timely and high-quality service delivery to internal customers and visitors. c.Drive customer satisfaction through proactive service management and issue resolution.
- Issue Resolution & Compliance a.Liaise with cross-functional departments (including central services at Hazira) for timely resolution of administrativeissues. b.Ensure 100% closure of admin-related issues within defined timelines. c.Maintain 100% compliance with WMS (Work Management System) checklist requirements. d.Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives (minimum 10% savings target).
- Audit & Governance a.Proactively track and close Internal Corporate Audit observations. b.

### Ensure

No repeat observations from previous audits & Zero high-risk audit observations c.Maintain necessary documentation and ensure adherence to audit standards.
- Facility Management & Resource Availability a.Ensure proper housekeeping standards across administrative buildings, canteen, and VP’s office. b.Maintain 100% availability of required resources and infrastructure for smooth day-to-day operations. c.Monitor vendor performance and service quality.
- Safety & Compliance a.Promote and enforce safe working practices across all admin-related activities. b.Ensure zero safety incidents in the department.

Required Skills & Competencies a.Strong coordination and stakeholder management b.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills c.Knowledge of facility management, logistics, and admin processes d.Understanding of safety standards and compliance systems e.Ability to work proactively and handle multiple priorities

## Qualifications

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom); Bachelor of Arts (BA); Bachelor of Science
