Procurement of electronic, electrical and mechanical components/materialsEnd-to-end Purchase Order processingVendor identification, development and evaluationRFQ floating, quotation comparison and commercial evaluationPrice and delivery negotiationsPreparation of comparative statements and procurement recommendationsExpediting critical materials and monitoring delivery schedulesCoordination with Engineering, Quality, Stores, Finance and Project teamsHandling shortages and ensuring material availability as per production/project schedulesExperience in procuring items such as:ICs, semiconductors and electronic componentsPCB / PCBAConnectors, cables and wiring harnessesRF / microwave componentsPower supplies and electrical itemsElectromechanical componentsMachined and fabricated partsTechnical & Functional CompetenciesERP/SAP-based procurement processesPR-to-PO processPurchase order managementVendor managementInventory basics and lead-time managementCost analysis and commercial comparisonIncoterms and basic import procurement knowledgeBasic understanding of GST and commercial termsUnderstanding of quality documentation such as CoC, test certificates, inspection requirements, etc.
