## Job description

Quality Assurance & ControlImplement QA/QC procedures at project sites.Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), Method Statements, and Quality Checklists.Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.Monitor quality of concrete works, shotcrete, grouting, rock support systems, tunnel lining, and structural works.Coordinate site inspections with client/consultant representatives.Inspection & TestingConduct and monitor inspections for civil/mechanical works.Coordinate laboratory testing and field quality tests.Monitor welding inspection, NDT activities, and material quality checks wherever applicable.Ensure calibration of instruments and testing equipment.Documentation & ReportingMaintain QA/QC records, inspection reports, NCRs, and quality dossiers.Prepare daily/weekly/monthly quality reports.Track closure of non-conformance reports and corrective actions.Maintain material approvals and test certificates.Standards & ComplianceEnsure compliance with IS, ASTM, ACI, IRC, and project-specific standards.Support internal and external quality audits.Assist in implementation of ISO 9001

Quality Management Systems.CoordinationCoordinate with execution, planning, billing, and client teams for quality-related activities.Support vendor inspections and subcontractor quality compliance.Provide technical guidance to junior QA/QC engineers and supervisors.

## Qualifications

Graduate in Civil Engineering
