## Job description

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing electrical works including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, wireless communication technology, fire alarm, ELV, and utility systems in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, safety requirements, and project schedules. Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities while coordinating with civil, architectural, MEP, consultants, and subcontractors.

Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and progress to achieve project milestones. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, inspection requirements, and quality standards through regular site inspections and documentation. Promote HSE compliance by enforcing safe work practices, permit-to-work systems, electrical isolation procedures, toolbox talks, and PPE usage. Control material consumption, minimize wastage, resolve site issues, and maintain progress, testing, and as-built records.

Requires a Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge of construction execution, quality control, safety management, and project coordination.
