## Job description

#LI-DNI - Old TAR - LNT/T-CE/1833640 Role Purpose: Responsible for planning, coordination, execution and supervision of testing and commissioning activities for electrical and railway systems, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, RDSO/IR/Metro standards, safety requirements and project commissioning schedules.

### Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute testing & commissioning activities forTransformers, MV/LV systems, Control & Relay Panels, Protection Systems and E&M works.Conduct and supervise electrical tests includingIR, HV/Hi-Pot, winding resistance, transformer ratio, vector group, SFRA, protection relay and functional tests.Coordinate testing ofMV/LV switchgear, PCC/MCC/DB panels, cables, batteries, chargers, UPS and earthing systems.CoordinateEIG inspections, approvals and statutory electrical compliance.Execute testing and commissioning ofOHE, traction substations, switching posts, auxiliary substations and traction power systems.Coordinate testing of25 kV traction equipment, isolators, circuit breakers, transformers, protection and SCADA interfaces.SuperviseOHE continuity, insulation, sectioning, bonding, earthing and functional checks and support energization activities.PrepareITPs, method statements, test procedures, check sheets, commissioning dossiers and test reports.Coordinate withclient, consultant, RDSO/railway authorities, EIG, vendors and subcontractors for inspections, testing and approvals.Ensure closure ofpunch points, test observations and commissioning-related NCRs.Maintain testing records, calibration certificates, as-built documentation and handover dossiers.Monitor testing progress against the commissioning schedule and provide regular MIS/status reports.Ensure strict compliance withHSE requirements, electrical safety procedures, LOTO and approved commissioning methodology.
