The role ensures adherence to drawings, specifications, quality standards and project timelines. ### SECTION III KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES Financial / Functional Perspective? Reduce rework and material wastage? Support cost control through efficient execution? Assist in budget adherence? Improve productivity through proper planning Customer Perspective? Deliver quality electrical installations? Support timely testing and commissioning? Coordinate with consultants and contractors? Enhance customer satisfaction through defect-free execution Internal Process Perspective? Execute power, lighting, ELV and fire alarm systems as per drawings? Supervise contractors and monitor daily progress? Ensure compliance with specifications and safety norms? Coordinate with mechanical and civil teams? Prepare daily progress and inspection reports? Assist in testing, commissioning and handover activities Learning & Growth / Developmental Perspective? Develop technical knowledge in electrical systems? Learn execution planning and site coordination?
