Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project milestones and escalate risks or delays appropriately. - Material Procurement Planning Prepare and manage material requirement plans based on project timelines. Liaise with procurement and stores teams to ensure availability of required materials. Track inventory levels and align procurement schedules to avoid shortages or excess stock. - Vendor Management & Follow-Up Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery of materials. Follow up regularly on purchase orders, dispatch schedules, and pending deliveries. Resolve issues related to delays, quality concerns, or supply shortages in coordination with procurement teams. - Production Scheduling Develop and maintain production schedules in alignment with project requirements. Coordinate with the production shop to ensure adherence to schedules. Monitor progress on the shop floor and adjust plans based on real-time updates. - Internal & External Coordination Act as a key interface between project teams, production, procurement, and customers. Maintain clear communication with customers regarding project status and delivery timelines. Ensure alignment of internal operations with customer expectations and contractual requirements. - Documentation & Reporting Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and status updates. Prepare periodic project progress reports for management. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as on-time delivery, material availability, and production efficiency.? ### Required Qualifications & Skills Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field Experience 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, production planning, or supply chain management ### Key Skills - Strong understanding of production planning and material requirement planning (MRP) - Excellent coordination and follow-up skills Effective communication and stakeholder management - Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.) Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail - Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks? Preferred Attributes Exposure to manufacturing or industrial project environments Familiarity with vendor management and supply chain processes Basic knowledge of project management tools and methodologies Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Timely availability of materials Adherence to production schedules On-time project delivery Vendor performance and lead time adherence Customer satisfaction levels?
