## Job description

Strategic Quality ManagementLead QA/QC functions across multiple hydel and tunnel projects.Develop and standardize project quality systems, procedures, and best practices.Establish organization-wide quality benchmarks and KPIs.Ensure implementation of Project Quality Plans (PQP) and corporate QA/QC policies.Project Quality OversightMonitor quality performance of ongoing projects and provide technical guidance.

Quality dossiersVendor quality documentsEnsure quality compliance for: Tunnel excavation & support systemsNATM/TBM activitiesConcrete & shotcrete worksGrouting and waterproofing systemsUnderground structuresWelding & NDT activitiesHydro-mechanical installationsClient & Stakeholder ManagementAct as primary QA/QC interface with clients, consultants, statutory bodies, and third-party agencies.Lead quality review meetings, technical discussions, and audit presentations.Resolve major quality concerns, claims, and escalations.Audit & ComplianceLead internal/external quality audits and surveillance activities.Ensure compliance with:ISO 9001Project specificationsInternational/national codes and standardsContractual quality requirementsDrive corrective and preventive action systems across projects.Team

Leadership & Capability DevelopmentLead and mentor QA/QC managers, engineers, inspectors, and laboratory teams.Build technical competency within QA/QC functions.Conduct training programs on quality systems, standards, and technical procedures.Support succession planning and talent development.Vendor & Supply Chain QualityMonitor vendor/subcontractor quality management systems.Lead vendor audits and inspection strategies.Ensure quality assurance for incoming materials, fabricated items, and specialized equipment.

Graduate in Civil Engineering
