This role integrates traditional IE methodologies with advanced quality frameworks to optimize plant efficiency, eliminate waste, and build a world-class manufacturing culture. Key Responsibilities1. ### TQM Framework & Business Excellence Model Implementation Deploy and sustain business excellence models such as the Deming Prize, EFQM, or equivalent frameworks. ### Initiative Ownership Drive and review core TQM pillars including Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Benchmarking & Milestone tracking, and workplace management systems (WMS). ### Standards Development Establish, implement, and audit quality standards across the organization to drive operational excellence. 2. ### Workplace Management & Audits WMS Ownership Lead regular audits for the Workplace Management System (5S/WMS) to ensure compliance and high standards. ### Red Tag Activities Plan, execute, and monitor "Red Tag Day" activities to systematically eliminate waste and optimize space. ### Corrective Action Track audit findings and collaborate with department heads to implement sustainable corrective actions.3. ### Industrial Engineering Studies Process Optimization Conduct comprehensive IE studies including time and motion studies, line balancing, and value stream mapping. ### Capacity Planning Analyze plant layouts, material flow, and manpower utilization to maximize productivity and reduce costs.4.
