[Apply on Lam Research’s careers site →](https://careers.lamresearch.com/careers/job/1099555708869) [OpenNash Jobs](https://jobs.opennash.com/) / [Lam Research](https://jobs.opennash.com/companies/lam-research/) / LSP Planner(Lam Service Provider) ## Job description Ensure capable LSP resources are assigned at the right time in response to changing business dynamics, while developing timely mitigation plans and aligning them with key stakeholders to meet customer commitments and operational KPIs. Assign and deploy LSP engineers based on FID level, technical capabilities, qualifications, availability, and utilization to ensure the right resources are placed against customer requirements. Plan and forecast LSP workforce resource and labor hours through QXR by translating business demand, customer commitments, and project schedules into actionable resource plans with Account Teams and LSP partners. Monitor labor supply and demand, workforce availability, utilization, deployment efficiency, KPI performance, and resource risks through dashboards and regular analysis, and recommend timely corrective actions, if any. Partner with the LSP Buyer, Account Teams, Operations, and LSP suppliers to align workforce and financial plans, resolve resource constraints, and achieve operational KPI and service delivery targets. Manage the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of LSP personnel, including Lam ID creation and deactivation, while maintaining accurate workforce, qualification, and assignment records for operational readiness and compliance Strong analytical skills with experience in labor forecasting, capacity planning, and utilization management. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across Operations, Account Teams, Procurement, and external LSP partners. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
