What you’ll do ### Market Analysis and Forecasting - Develop and maintain forecast models for existing and new market segments. Maintain application matrix database. ### Market Strategy - Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive awareness, demand, and adoption of Lam’s products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. ### Product Positioning - Craft compelling product narratives, positioning, and messaging. Understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends to create impactful marketing content. ### Customer Insights - Gather insights from customers, sales teams, product line teams and market research. Use data to refine marketing strategies and improve product positioning. ### Collaboration - Work closely with product management, business development, account technologist, engineering, and sales teams. Be the bridge between technical details and customer benefits. ### Who we’re looking for - Bachelor’s degree in Business or MBA preferred - 5+ years of experience in in the semiconductor equipment industry or semiconductor manufacturing industry or equivalent work experience. - Strong analytical skills, creativity, and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment. ### Travel Requirements - Up to 20% international travel ### What We're Offering This position is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry in occupation group G. A higher payment is negotiable depending on education, expertise and skills. The monthly salary is paid 14 times per year.
