Research Technician- Dose Formulation- 2nd shift Labcorp is seeking a Research Technician to join our Dose Formulation team in Madison, WI. ### Work Schedule 2nd Shift: 12:00pm – 8:45pm Job Responsibilities: As a Research Technician, you’ll learn and perform essential lab techniques to prepare test materials for preclinical studies. Your day-to-day will include: Preparing lab reagents, solutions, suspensions, and capsules per study protocols Recording data accurately in both digital and written formats Learning formulation verification, sample disposition, and safe handling procedures Collaborating with scientists and technicians to ensure study integrity Maintaining a clean, safe, and GLP-compliant lab environment Developing skills in study setup, data organization, and client communication Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, biology, microbiology Additional Job Standards: Flexibility to work overtime as needed A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn A passion for science and a desire to contribute to life-changing research Pay Rate: $23/hr. (includes a 9% shift differential) ### Benefits Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
