With customers’ mission-critical needs always in mind, our employees deliver end-to-end technology solutions connecting the space, air, land, sea and cyber domains in the interest of national security. ### Job Title Specialist, Program Finance - Pricing Analyst Job Code: 44299 Job Location: Mason, OH Job Schedule: 9/80: Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off Job Description: The purpose of this position is to work with the Sensors leadership in order to allow the organization to make effective decisions with regard to bid and proposal efforts. This position will develop relationships and work closely with other functions to ensure appropriate internal controls and processes are followed so that the cost estimating and pricing for new business is accurate, timely, and complies with USG requirements. ### Essential Functions Ensure Estimating System Compliance, including audits, policy and procedure review and updates, and training Ensure compliance to Government and Company regulations Capacity to perform well in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple priorities, and meeting deadlines. - Ability to work extended hours during peak proposal times Support, Review, and approve applicable proposals - Work with cross functional teams to develop BOEs - Ensure proposals are delivered compliant and on time - Train and mentor all levels of the Pricing organization to ensure capabilities are met and individual goals are achieved Coordinate Pricing activities for large competitive proposals - Organize and provide training on various Pricing topics Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree and minimum - 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience. ### Preferred Additional Skills Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as it relates to pricing activities Experience with defense industry and/or multiple contract types (CPFF, CPIF, FPIF, FFP, T&M, OTA etc.) either in execution or in the proposal phase Understanding of Government Cost Accounting and Finance principles Experience in cost estimating, cost analysis, and/or proposal pricing Experience with Excel using Pivot Tables, V-Look ups and SUM/IF formulas Experience with ProPricer or other pricing software tools - Knowledge of Adobe Pro, Nitro PDF Pro, and Microsoft PowerPoint - Excellent written and oral communication skills Aptitude to read and understand complex requirement documents - Must be a team player, flexible, adaptable, proactive with organizational and problem-solving skills L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
