### Job Title

Manufacturing Technician C Job Code: 46243 Job Location: Salt Lake City, Utah Job Schedule: 9/80 (employee's work 9 out of every 14 days - totaling 80 hours worked - and have every other Friday off)

### Job Description

Responsible for assembling, modifying, and reworking printed circuit cards in a high-mix, low-volume lab environment to support prototype and small-batch builds. Performs hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount components, operating surface mount machines, coating, rework, and touch-up using standard assembly tools, equipment, and work instructions. Verifies workmanship to applicable quality standards, documents build issues, and collaborates with engineering to resolve design or manufacturability concerns.

Maintains an organized lab workspace, manages materials carefully, and supports quick-turn development efforts with flexibility, accuracy, and attention to detail.

### Essential Functions
- Completes circuit card assembly operations on various electronic products, while ensuring compliance with required performance specifications
- Ability to work from both oral and written instructions, engineering drawings, blueprints, supporting surface mount and thru-hole circuit cards and their applicable components
- Documents assembly data and results, provides documentation of failed products Individual must be able to work under a microscope for long periods of time Support OT as needed to meet schedule requirements and business needs Obtain COMSEC training IPC 610, J-STD, and Space addendum certifications required
- Ability to obtain a security clearance as required Required Qualifications (one of the following): Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
- 2 years post-Secondary/ Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience Preferred Additional Skills: Knowledgeable with Microsoft suite and personal computing devices
- Proficient in multiple electronics manufacturing processes, including soldering, hand tools, and ESD practices Experience with surface mount technology #LI-CD1 L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
