The role is responsible for developing and executing test plans, procedures, and cases based on system requirements; identifying and tracking defects through resolution; analyzing test results and root causes; and collaborating with Systems, Software, and senior I&T engineers to support validation and verification efforts. ### Essential Functions - Execute and assist in developing detailed test plans, procedures and cases based on system requirements. - Lead a small team of Integration and Test engineers. - Focal point for Integration and Test efforts within the program. - Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track defects through resolution. - Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software performance/functionality meets the high standards required for L3Harris operations. - Communicate with government customers to validate requirements and clarify L3Harris engineering processes. - Collaborate with Systems Engineers, Software Engineers and senior Integration & Test Engineers to identify system requirements for Validation & Verification, ensuring stakeholder needs are met. - Participate in design reviews and provide input on requirements, product design, test methodology and potential problems. - Analyze test results, detect issues, and track root causes in collaboration with the development and test teams. - Assist in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, including System Models based in SysML. - Help drive the program efforts in the creation and maintenance of the Test Automation suite. ### Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree with 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. - Active Top Secret Security Clearance with SCI eligibility Preferred Additional Skills: - Active Security+ CE certification - Familiar with “Test Like you Fly” - Familiarity with MBSE/MBT/SysML - Familiarity with Eggplant or similar testing tools - Familiarity with Jira/Confluence (or equivalent) - Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework & DevSecOps methodology - Familiarity with Java and C++ application software - Proficiency in Linux #LI-ZB1 L3Harris Technologies is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
