The candidate will assist with establishing methods for maximum utilization of production processes through improvement initiatives. ### Essential Functions - Provides continuous improvement support to manufacturing operations and related functional areas - Lead and support improvement efforts directed towards workflow, work sequencing, work area layout, and standardized work - Monitor and development improvement efforts to ensure safe and efficient utilization of time, personnel, material, equipment, and capital resources Qualifications: To be eligible, applicants must be pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field Preferred Skills: Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Yellow or Green Belt Microsoft Office Simio PAY TRANSPARENCY: In compliance with pay transparency requirements, t he salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $18.50/hr - $36.50/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
