You will ensure strong operational performance, support employee growth, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that impact the organization globally. This role is ideal for a people-oriented leader who thrives in a dynamic, international environment and enjoys combining operational management with transformation initiatives. ### How you create impact - Lead, coach, and develop team leaders and employees, including onboarding and performance management - Monitor team and individual performance, ensuring service quality and efficiency - Manage escalations from internal stakeholders and global operations - Foster a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement - Collaborate with Process Specialists on reporting, process optimization, and automation initiatives - Identify and implement process improvements in line with global standards - Strengthen collaboration across HR Global Services and other departments - Support budget planning and monitoring activities Promote HR Global Services initiatives through internal communication channels What we would like you to bring - 3+ years of experience in HR services, HR operations, Global Services environment Univeristy degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field Fluent English (mandatory) Experience in team leadership or people management - Strong understanding of operational processes and systems - Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills (including system issue analysis) Advanced MS Office skills and ability to work with systems High level of ownership and accountability Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset What's in it for you Joining Kuehne+Nagel you will become a part of a company with a clear vision, established footprint and heritage where we can provide safe and stable environment.
