At Kuehne+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Sea Logistics Export team in Antwerp. In this role, you will support our customers as their first point of contact, providing information and solutions. Together with your colleagues, you will help create efficient, tailored ocean freight solutions and outstanding customer experiences. How you create impact Holistic support for customers in the field of sea freight and promotion of long-term, partnership-based customer relationships Processing customer inquiries and preparing offers - Control of order processing from order acceptance to document verification to the completion of the shipment Integration and maintenance of customer data as well as creation of reports for the analysis and optimization of our services Close cooperation with the operational departments, sales and carriers Expansion of the portfolio of our existing customers, development of new business and acquisition of customers What we would like you to bring - Solid experience in a similar role in freight forwarding, ideally in sea logistics - Strong communication skills and ability to build trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with resilience in challenging situations - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment Fluency in Dutch and English What's in it for you Kuehne+Nagel offers a wide range of attractive employee benefits designed to support your well‑being, development, and long-term career growth.
